SATbill handles a wide spectrum of satellite services from most of the world’s satellite communications providers using a multitude of CDR formats. It allows you to combine all the services in a single invoice for each customer. New capabilities are added to SATbill as new call types are introduced.
We develop new CDR loaders for Customers who adopt new services from existing or new satellite communications providers. Once the CDR loader is implemented, the SATbill system processes the CDR files, calculates the cost of each call type and generates the required margins whilst remaining competitive. SATbill’s coverage is comprehensive, as it handles time, data (GB, MB, KB) and event-based calls, including packet and 256-bit Inmarsat C data. It supports D91-style, TAP II, tab delimited, CSV-based and customer-specific CDR formats from over 30 different providers across the world, such as Iridium, Thuraya, Inmarsat, GlobalStar and more.

This is used for loading all the 7eleven D91 CDR files.
This is used for loading all the AND csv-format CDR files.
This is used for loading all the AST csv-format CDR files.
This is used for loading all the AST TAP II-format Iridium CDR files.
Non-traffic This is used for loading all the Astrium files containing non-traffic charges such as Letter of Guarantee (LOG) and PSA charges. These non-traffic files are loaded in exactly the same way – SATbill will automatically identify them as non-call charges.
This is used for loading all the Astrium CDR files in csv format.
This is used for loading all the Astrium CDR files, included all charges embedded in those files (subscriptions, for example).
This is used for loading all the Beijing Telecom Coastal Radio CDR files.
This is used for loading all the Beijing Telecom text-format CDR files for Inmarsat ‘I3’ services (Inmarsat B,C Fleet, GAN, mini-M etc.).
